At LuxeCrown, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@luxecrown.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15-30 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at admin@luxecrown.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as LuxeCrown cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
